Staff wanted

Jomtien based Real Estate and Development Company looking for 5 experienced staff and real estate agents who can generate their own leads, as well as work with our existing clients in Pattaya/Jomtien.
Must be Thai Nationals only.

Requirements

*Female aged 26 - 40 years old.
* Excellent written and (flawless) spoken English. Confident in communicating with expat clients.
* Excellent written and spoken Thai is also required, and the ability to speak some Japanese/Chinese/Russian/ Scandinavian.
* Experience interacting with sales agents and international clientele.
* Superb PR skills and enjoys meeting new people on a daily basis.
* Must have own car (or access to car) and have good knowledge of city road networks or Pattaya/Jomtien area.
* Must be familiar with the apartments, housing compounds and condos that are for rent/sale in Pattaya/Jomtein CBD.
* Substantial Microsoft office and internet knowledge
* Passionate about real estate and willing to work long hours and weekends.
* Patient and able to work under pressure with a cool, calm head.
* MINIMUM 2 years experience in real estate field, specific to Pattaya/ Jomtien.
Must have a Bachelors Degree or higher.
Must present a Police clearance record, and not have been convicted of any civil or criminal court cases.
Must present at least 3 references upon application
Job Description:
* Take low, mid range and high budget/VIP clients out, independently to view properties.
* Network with landlords/sellers to constantly ensure that we have the best properties Bangkok has to offer...
* Answering client emails daily, within 6 hours
* Able to manage sales and rentals with minimal supervision and ensure profitability.
* Close rental/sales and property management deals.

Project Manager

Responsibilities:
• Manage projects independently
• Overall for entire project, including efficient and smooth running of site works
• Overall responsibility for meeting project progress in accordance to deadlines
• Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period
• Work closely with Architects, Designers, Client and site team
• Ability in dealing with overseas suppliers
• Involved in tender process / costing computing
Requirements:
• Diploma or higher qualification in Building/ Project Management/ or Interior Design
• Experience with project management
• Lead and organize project schedule and achieve project timelines
• Strong leadership, positive attitude and good project management skills
• Must be AutoCAD competent and able to read AutoCAD architectural drawing
• PC literate and bilingual
• Required to travel
• Good technical knowledge of carpentry
• Strong leadership qualities, independent, self motivated and a good team player
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Interior Design Project Management and furniture trade
• Good knowledge of renovation material, M&E, retrofitting and A&A works
• Must be highly committed, responsible and service-oriented
• Good interpersonal and people management skills
• Age 45 or below
